Eden Park Hotel Restaurant sits on the edge of Pont-l'Évêque lake, surrounded by an orchard. Guests can walk or cycle around the lake on a dedicated path that leads to a beach. The hotel is 15 minutes from Deauville, Trouville, and Honfleur, and 1.5 hours from Paris by car.

The hotel offers 50 double and family rooms with private bathrooms. The Comfort and Superior rooms were renovated in 2022 and have views of the courtyard or the garden. Guests can request a ground-floor room as the property has no elevator.
